designer by day,
curious human the rest of the time.
The person behind the portfolio.
Gergő Bartha
24-year-old designer from Hungary, with three years of experience across multiple industry-leading startups. I work end-to-end across mobile apps and websites, from early concepts to shipped product. I care as much about whether something ships right as whether it looks right.
Currently in 🇸🇬Singapore

how I work
end-to-end by default
I work from the first sticky note to the last QA pass. Not because I distrust the people around me, but because the gap between design intent and what actually ships is where quality gets lost.
engineering is a collaborator, not a destination
I bring developers in during prototyping, not after decisions are final. It keeps surprises small, handoffs clean, and the thing that ships closer to what was designed.
data sets the priority, intuition sets the direction
I use user reviews, crash logs, and behavioral data to decide what to work on. Then I use judgment to figure out what to do about it. Neither one alone gets you to a good answer.
what do I love outside of design?
Traveling
I love exploring places I've never been: new countries, street food, local markets, conversations with strangers. There's always somewhere next on the list.

Adrenaline
Skiing and riding motorbikes are the two I keep coming back to. Both require the same kind of full attention, no room to think about anything else. That's the part I like most.
Animals
I have a dog and a cat, completely different personalities, somehow equally exhausting. I'm also a big fan of parrots. Haven't convinced myself to get one yet though.

Building things
I'm always keeping up with design and AI trends, not just reading about them but trying things out. Right now I'm working on my first SaaS Keepsome, a photo sharing app, and my first iOS app called Weary, your online wardrobe and fashion stylist (unreleased).
